TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Rated Voltage: 400 Vac
Rated frequency: 50 Hz (60 Hz on request)
Voltage of Auxiliary Circuits: 110 Vac
Working Temperature Range: -10°C / +50°C
Cabinet: Sheet steel, protected against corrosion by a phosphating treatment. Epoxy powder painted, RAL 7035 colour (other colours on request)
Protection degree: IP30 (PFS-PFM), IP40 (PFL)
Locking system:

  • by screw for cubicle PFS and PFM type
  • by key for cubicle PFL type

Ventilation: Forced
Isolating switch: Three-pole with door interlocking device
Supply:

  • PFS type: cable entry from the top/bottom
  • PFM type: cable entry from the top
  • PFL type: cable entry from the bottom

Wiring: By FS17 450/750 flame retardant cables. Aux circuits are identified as in the electrical drawing.
Contactors:
Each bank of capacitors is controlled by a three-pole contactor. Rated voltage of auxiliary circuits: 110 Vac, 50 Hz.

Fuses: Each bank of capacitors is protected by a set of three fuses (NH00 type) with high breaking capacity. Also the auxiliary circuits are protected by fuses
Capacitors Series VRC 550 Vac
Self-healing metallized polypropylene single-phase capacitors, equipped with overpressure safety device and discharge resistor. Filling: biodegradable non toxic oil, PCB free.
Manufactured using new technologies of metallization.
Delta connection.
Capacitance Tollerance:-5%+10%
Dielectric Losses: <0,3 W/kvar
Temperature class: -25/D(55°C)
Blocking Reactors: Tuning frequency 180 Hz (3,6 = 7,7%)
Regulator: Varmetric measurement by means of a C.T. (secondary 5A) not supplied
Standards:

Capacitors: CEI EN 60831-1/2
Equipment: CEI EN 61439-1/2 CEI EN 61921
